Why people switch to us

You will never wonder what this is going to cost.

Homeowners name two things more than any other: nobody tells them when the technician is coming, and the bill is bigger than the quote. Both are choices a company makes. Here are ours.

The one that matters most

Repair first. Replace last.

Our technicians earn a salary, never commission. Nobody here makes an extra dollar by telling you the system is finished. If a $340 capacitor buys you two more seasons, that is what we will fit.

We also give free written second opinions on anyone else's replacement quote. Plenty of those end with us telling you your system is fine.

A 2-hour window

Not a wasted day off. You get the window by text, then your technician's name, photo and live ETA before they pull up.

A person answers at 2am

No phone tree, no out-of-state answering service. And the price at 2am is the price at 2pm, because no overtime charge exists here.

No surprises

The price appears on screen. You approve it. Then we start.

Flat rate, not hourly, so a slow job is our problem and not your bill. Our standard ranges are published openly, which almost nobody in this trade does.

  • No overtime, night, weekend or holiday charges
  • No trip or fuel charges
  • No second diagnostic fee for the same problem

What we do

Eight things, done properly.

Every price below is a real starting point, not a teaser. The full range for each job is on the pricing page.

Through September 30

$89 diagnostic, credited in full

We find what's wrong for $89. Book the repair and that $89 comes straight off the bill.

(704) 555-0147

Offer ends September 30. The diagnostic fee is credited in full against any repair booked from the visit.

The part that mattersSomeone you were told about, arriving when we said.

Homeowners rate poor communication as their top frustration with this trade, ahead of price. That is the whole reason this process exists.

No mystery

What happens after you call.

  1. You call

A person answers. No phone tree, no answering service. Usually inside 60 seconds.

  2. Within 10 min

You get a text with your 2-hour arrival window, not a vague all-day promise.

  3. 30 min before

Live ETA, plus your technician's name and photo, so you know who is at the door.

  4. On arrival

Diagnosis in plain English, with photos of the actual failed part. No jargon, no theatre.

  5. Before any work

The flat price on screen. You approve it, or you do not. Nothing starts until you say so.

What Charlotte actually says.

Marisol Vega

Called at 7:40am when the house was already 84 degrees. They had someone here by 10. Diego found a burnt capacitor, showed me the photo of it, quoted $265 on the spot and had cold air running before noon. No upsell, no lecture about my system's age. Just fixed it.

Trent Okafor

2am on a Saturday and an actual human answered the phone. That alone was worth it.

Response from the owner

That is exactly why we staff it that way, Trent. Glad we could get you back up.

Katherine B.

We got four quotes for a full system replacement. Kessler was the only company that actually measured the house instead of just looking at the old unit and writing a number. The tech explained that our previous system had been oversized for 20 years, which is why we always felt clammy in the summer. New system is a half ton smaller and the house has never been more comfortable. Not the cheapest of the four but they were the only ones who seemed to know what they were doing.

Ray Delgado

Found a clogged drain line before it came through my ceiling. Installed a float switch I did not know I was missing. $190.

Amanda Whitfield

Joined the Comfort Club two years ago after our neighbor waited nine days for service during a heat wave. Best $19 a month I spend. We have never waited more than a day.

Josh P.

Fast, fair, done.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

How fast can you actually get here?

Same day for most calls, and we hold slots every day specifically for breakdowns. You get a 2-hour arrival window by text, then your technician's name, photo and live ETA before they arrive. If we cannot make it same day we tell you when you call, not at 6pm.

What does it cost to have someone come out?

$89 for a full diagnostic. If you book the repair, that $89 comes off the bill, so the diagnosis effectively costs nothing. There is no separate trip charge, service fee or fuel surcharge on top.

Do you charge more for nights, weekends or holidays?

No. The price is the same at 2am on a Sunday as at 2pm on a Tuesday. Charging people more at their most desperate is the practice that makes homeowners distrust this trade, so we do not do it.

How do I know you won't sell me a system I don't need?

Our technicians are paid a salary, never commission. Nobody here earns an extra dollar by recommending replacement over repair. We also give free written second opinions on anyone else's replacement quote, and plenty of those end with us telling you your current system is fine.

Will I get a surprise bill at the end?

No. You see the flat price on screen before any work starts and you approve it. That number is what you pay. Our standard price ranges are published on the pricing page so you can check them before you even call.

Is my system worth repairing or should I replace it?

It depends on the failed part, the age, and the condition of the heat exchanger or compressor. As a rough guide, if a repair costs more than a third of replacement and the system is past 12 years, replacement usually wins. We will show you the actual math for your system and there is no commission riding on the answer.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, on every installation. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection and meet the inspector. Unpermitted work causes real problems when you sell the house, and it is not worth the shortcut.

What areas do you cover?

Charlotte plus Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Kyle and Buda. If you are just outside those, call and ask. We often can.

What financing is available?

$0 down from $89 a month over 120 months, subject to approval. Checking whether you qualify is a soft credit pull, so it does not affect your score.

What should I do right now while I wait?

Turn the system off at the thermostat so it stops running in a fault state. In summer, close blinds on the sun side and open interior doors. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, get everyone out of the house first and call from outside.
